Use RNG, mix and match, or just wing it! • Enjoy! Situations: 1. BREAK DOWN Oh, snap, your car decided to break down out in the middle of nowhere. WHAT DO? Is that Leatherface? Will this be "Children of the Corn"? 2. TRUCK STOP You've stopped at a gas station. They're out of gas, snacks and the bathrooms are out of order. Wat do. (Zombie attack optional.) 3. HITCHHIKERS? Is this even a good idea? Why is their backpack leaking suspicious substances? Go wild. 4. WHAT THE FUCK DID I JUST HIT? Dude, I hear deer mess up cars... or I think that was a deer. 5. DON'T MAKE ME TURN THIS CAR AROUND! Alas, you're the parent or the disgruntled friend who has had it up to here with all the fighting in the back. 6. OMG, I WANT TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THIS LANDMARK! No, no, and no. You tell that person that they're going to be driven around and they're going to like it. 7. THE GREAT ESCAPE Either dinosaurs or the mothman is chasing you. Don't stop now. 8. MAKE OUT~ You're now parked in one of the make-out points in this town. Did you know? Well, that's up to you, as is what you do next. 9. WE'RE SO LOST The map blew away when you were stupid enough to open the windows earlier. You know that old stereotype about how men never ask for directions but women will? Time to see if you're going to prove it right or not. Try not to fight over it too much, driving partners. 10. BUT OFFICER... Those flashing lights in your rearview mirror? Definitely not just for decoration. Relationship (optional): 1. BUSINESS PARTNERS: The jet was undergoing some heavy repairs, so you have to drive to that big meeting. 2. BFFS/ROOMIES: On your last hurrah before you join the 'real world.' 3. COUPLE: You're a young couple on a trip! Hope this doesn't ruin your relationship. 4. SIBLINGS: Whether this is a trip to reconnect or to fix things or to just deepen your bond as epic sibs is up to you. 5. PARENT & CHILD: It's like a family vacation for the two of you. try not to get on each other's nerves too much?

[Damon was loving life in the passenger seat for once, the window rolled down, the wind in his hair- the wind which tore Derek's map away half an hour ago when Damon first decided to open the damn thing. He had shades on and was playing with the radio, refusing to sit at one song for more than five minutes. He lets out a heavy sigh.]

That's the fifth time you passed that rock.

[He didn't mind going on a road trip with Damon and being the one driving. In fact, he had even allowed himself to be kind of excited at the idea. The fact that neither knew where their destination was very well didn't seem like a problem. That's what maps are for, right?

Of course, when there's no map... Once Damon sighs and comments about the damn rock, Derek just pulls over.]

Alright, I'll say it. We're lost.

DISASTER!

[Damon just chuckles, changing the song yet again.] No, you are lost. I'm exactly where I want to be. Which is in the passenger seat of a car that you got completely lost in.

[Derek's just... Going to roll his eyes and dig in his pocket for his cellphone, trying to find where they were and how to get out of there. Unfortunately...] No service. Great!

[The poor cellphone's just getting unceremoniously thrown to the back seat of the car while he rubs his temples trying to think of what to do.]

[Damon laughs again, turning the music up just a fraction.] Did you expect to get service, I mean really?

[There's just a groan of frustration from Derek. Clearly, Damon is looking to test whether or not werewolves can get headaches.] It was worth a shot.

[After that, his hands leave his temples and go to the steering wheel.] Any ideas?

[He grins at that groan of frustration because wow it was perfect and he would keep making it A Thing as long as he could.] Oh yeah totally worth a shot.

[Damon just glances over at him with a smirk.] Well I might have had ideas twenty minutes ago when I first realized we were lost but I forgot about them.

[... Derek, what the hell?] And you didn't anything back then because...

[Damon shrugs.] I wanted to see if Dogs really did have a natural sense of direction? [Welcome to lesson one of: Damon Salvatore is an awful, awful man.]

... You're a dick. [Captain obvious statement, sure, but still necessary. After one last huff of frustration, he starts the car again, and start driving back the way they came.]

No I have a dick, I'm not a dick... how rude of you, just qualifying my entire being with the part of me you're most interested in. [He pouts.]

[He's just rolling his eyes at the fake hurt.] Just... Tell me when we're at the part where I usually start going in circles, will you?

[Damon hums.] Maybe. We'll see.

[He just lets out another groan of frustration.] Dick.

[And he lets out a laugh, winding down the window again and drumming his hands against the top of the door frame.]

[Derek just shakes his head as he drives on, trying to find where exactly he gets the way wrong. Eventually he reaches a Y junction, at which points he pulls over to really try to get the way.] This is probably it, so...

[Damon just turns, grinning at Derek.] Left or right? Which one will the wolf chose this time?

[He rolls his eyes to the heaven at that.] Are you going to tell me what I picked last time?

[predatoryspecies]

[He shakes his head slowly.] What? And ruin my fun?

[He just rolls his eyes.] Well, whenever you feel like being useful let me know. [And then he choses to go the right.]

You'll be waiting a while. [And he makes a noise in the back of his throat like a laugh when Derek takes the right path before playing it off as a cough.]

[And Derek just... Stops the car. And with another groan of frustration, he takes advantage of the fact that the road's empty to just reverse back to where they were.] Now was that so hard?

[Damon actually lets out a groan.] Damn it I was gonna let you circle around a few more times.

[Derek, meanwhile, smirks.] Better be more careful with your mouth next time

Have I ever been truly careful with my mouth? Its one of my most dangerous aspects.
